From the little I know of u, Alex, u come across as a very intelligent man so I don't feel I need to give u my opinion on what u shud do. Everyone is different and will react differently when presented an opportunity like this. Only advice I can give to u is take some other ADers' advice about talking it over with lawyers and other people experienced with these kinds of opportunities and most important of all..follow your heart.
I love AD and iam so happy that my friend told me about it back in Fall cuz I feel I learned a lot about different things. My only wish it would remain the same regardless if u sell it or not with the same mods.
