They prolly want the site because it has a lot of members and they can sell space on the existing site to advertisers... I personally think $500,000 is a lowball bid though. Of course Alex, you could sell to the same clientele the relay company could/would sell too. It's like renting or selling a house...if you rent it (i.e. get your own advertisers) you get a monthly income, if you sell the house; you get the one lump sum...
