Wow, you are misunderstood.

Your HDTV don't support ATSC since it's analog only (NTSC).
Philips - 23" Widescreen HD-Ready Flat-Panel LCD TV with PC Input - 23PF5320/28

There's some SDTV that support ATSC, little more costly.
Insignia™ - 32" Standard-Definition Digital TV - NS-RTV32

There's example for HDTV that support ATSC since Best Buy don't have enough information.
Sharp LC-26DV20U 26" 1366x768 720p Native 8ms 800:1 Contrast Ratio HDMI ATSC LCD HDTV wDVD at TigerDirect.com

NTSC is analog and ATSC is digital, after NTSC is shut down then you have going to buy new TV again or buy set box to watch shows via ATSC.

Most HDTV that support ATSC will cost around more than $600 for tigerdirect or newegg and more than $700 at Best Buy, Circuit City and other store.
