There's nothing that'll do speech recognition to the accuracy level you want. You might be able to get 60% accuracy on some of the latest handheld stuff out there right now. That means it'll understand 6 out of every 10 words said -- that's horrible, that'd be like:
Hi, my name xxxxxx I have xxxxxxx can I help you?
(Hi, my name is John, I have some perfume here, can I help you?)
