High-speed chases are the most dangerous that we face in society, people would out-run on police when they're being asked to pull over, when they out-run on police, it leads police on a high-speed chase that hit speeds of more than 100 mph. Sometimes police do rammed into the suspect's vehicle and it can cause it to lose control, but police are trying to get the suspect off the street before they do more harm. I don't blame it on the police because their job is to stop the high-speed chase, the blame is really on the suspects because they should not out-run the police, they're the ones that put the public at risk. I'm sorry what happened to this young girl, she doesn't deserved it, I believe that the suspect is the one should be held responsible because that person is the one who started it all.
