French Relay

If you have a speech disability (You have difficulty speaking.) (STS):
French-to-French Voice: Call the toll-free number for French relay in your/his/her state, and ask for STS. Tell the CA (Communication Assistant) the number of the person you want to call, and tell the CA you have a speech disability.
French-to-English/English-to-French Voice: Call the toll-free number for French relay in your/his/her state, and ask for STS. Ask for English-to-French/French-to-English and tell the CA the number of the person you want to call, and tell the CA you have a speech disability.
French-to-French TTY/Telebraille: Call the toll-free number for French relay in your/his/her state, and ask for STS. Tell the CA (Communication Assistant) the number of the person you want to call, whether you are calling a TTY or Telebraille user, and tell the CA you have a speech disability.

French-from-English/English-from-French VCO/HCO: The HCO user needs to call the toll-free number for French relay in your/his/her state and ask for VCO/HCO, ask for English-to-French/French-to-English and tell the CA you are STS user and you have a speech disability.
French-from-French STS: The STS user needs to call the toll-free number for French relay in your/his/her state, tell the CA the STS user has a speech disability and you are a STS user and also have a speech disabiliity.
French-from-English/English-from-French STS: The STS user needs to call the toll-free number for French relay in your/his/her state, ask for English-to-French/French-to-English, tell the CA the STS user has a speech disability and you are a STS user and also have a speech disabiliity.


IP-Relay

From English/French Voice/STS/VCO/HCO to French/English Nextalk: Pick up the phone and call the toll-free number for French relay in your state. (If you are an VCO, HCO, or STS user, tell the CA.) Tell the CA (Communication Assistant) to call the Nextalk.net user's OneNBR (or 1-866-801-0505 and enter the Nextalk user's username) and tell the CA to wait for the TTY tones and then begin typing. The Nextalk user sees a box pop up to start the conversation, or take a message, which can be forwarded via e-mail.
From English/French Voice/STS/VCO/HCO to French/English AIM/E-mail: Pick up the phone and call the toll-free number for French relay in your state. (If you are an VCO, HCO, or STS user, tell the CA.) Tell the CA (Communication Assistant) to call 1-402-694-4259. (The AIM/E-mail user must be registered.) (If the AIM/E-mail user is a Lormar Instant TTY subscriber, the caller calls tells the CA to call 1-865-673-0009 and chooses to connect with the an AIM screen name or e-mail address.) Once connected, choose connect with an AIM screen name or e-mail address. The AIM/E-mail user receives an IM (and an e-mail) or an e-mail (alone) with a link to join the conversation.
From English/French Voice/STS/VCO/HCO to French/English Wynd Power: If the user is a Wynd Power subscriber, call the toll-free number for French relay in your state. Tell the CA (Communication Assistant) to call 1-800-563-7646. (If you just want to leave a message, tell the CA to call 1-800-549-0246.) The Wynd Power user is notified on his/her pager and can respond.
From French TTY/Telebraille to French Nextalk: Call call the Nextalk.net user's OneNBR (or 1-866-801-0505 and enter the Nextalk user's username).
From English/French TTY/Telebraille to French/English Nextalk: ???
