I have a question be honest, does it really hurt ? The hole that was drilled was big and that would hurt anybody's head. It looks like a small inscision but the work that went into it then when I wake up, I imagine has gotta hurt for sure.

The video was not very long because it is edited so the boring unimportant part of surgery is not shown. The video just showed the important steps in CI surgery.
