My brother in law was offer a good job to live in America, he turn it down because we knows American's school is not up to standard as England's.

That is interesting.
Many Indians (India) came here to be an owner of a gas station or some little stores. Their primary goal is to save the money, and send 90% money to their family in India. Some of Indians don't give a sh t anyone here except paying taxes. Last spring, I saw a local news that two different Indian families owners did not pay their town tax for two or three years, and they are still living there. I do not know if they are in jail or not. Here is a little bit advise if you have a tag sale, and you are selling a nice shower head for 5 bucks. An Indian woman insists to buy it for 10 cents. You say 5 bucks again. She finally bought it five bucks. That's how it works.
