I already know about Dubai City, it's very few of them accept the west culture. They care for money from celebrity :) And they build cool resident over sea.
Hmm.. France hate US cuz of Lance Armstrong, shave underpit, weak coffee and umm.. I dunno! :D I thought that interest that in past, France help US in revolution 1734, and build build cool status at NYC, then now... US help France twice from WWII, Vietnam War and ummm I dunno. :D
