Ramble IM is free. You can download this software into your BB.

After finishing to install it, you may add Ramble IM TCP Configurations in your BB.
Below are some TCP configurations that users of Ramble have reported success with. When using Ramble on a corporate network with BES & MDS you should configure your Ramble Options to 'Use MDS TCP' and do not need to configure your TCP per the instructions below.
If you do not use a corporate network and you use your cellular provider's network, configure your TCP options (Options -> TCP) per the following and you may meet with some success. These configurations have not been independently tested or verified.
T-Mobile 7290
Cellular Plan: TMO BB unlimited enterprise
Options -> Ramble IM -> Network Connection: Device default
Options -> Ramble IM -> TOC Host & Port: toc.oscar.aol.com:80
TCP Configured (Yes/No): yes
APN: wap.voicestream.com
Username: phone number (or blank)
Password: T-mobile website password (or blank)
Cingular 7290
Cellular Plan: ?
Options -> Ramble IM -> Network Connection: Use Device TCP
Options -> Ramble IM -> TOC Host & Port: toc.oscar.aol.com:8080
TCP Configured (Yes/No): yes
APN: wap.cingular
Username for APN:
WAP@CINGULARGPRS.COM
Password for APN: CINGULAR1
