Not really, Each computer has a list and you cannot bypass that administrators rights unless you have the user name and password to access it. Otherwise forget it. I have tried it myself.
If you have your own laptop and your wireless card then your line will be blown wide open, where you can access porn sites or whatever. Serious. My computer knowledge level is borderline imm. to expert. So sorry it is not working out for you.
