Richard,
This also looks like lawyers that are overriding the state's constitution, as well as the Federal one. Are these quacks still practicing law? They shouldn't be.
I'd have a heyday in the courtroom on this one. After declaring victory, I would petition, on the spot and to the bar association of each attorney's state, their disbarrment.
