Yes, but those places are determined by the
character of the inhabitants, not by their
color. My non-white friends avoid dangerous neighborhoods, just like my white friends do. On the other hand, my non-white friends are welcome in the nicer neighborhoods, just like my white friends are. The reason they are welcome in the nicer neighborhoods is because they are nice people. The reason they avoid dangerous neighborhoods is because they are sensible. It has nothing to do with race.
