There are places in America where someone may not be welcome for a very good and protective reason.
There are many places that are neutral... like for example in the city where people go downtown, that would be considered neutral ground. You can meet there. People would not mind.
If you go into a neighborhood ... does not matter white black latino or asian and you are not amongst your own...then you better have a good reason for being there anotherwise they will ask you to leave first nicely then if that advice is not taken then another measures will have to be taken such as calling the police and if it is an emergency then the neighborhood bands together to stop that evil person out at that hour like 3 A.M. when he or she should be in their own home in their own neighborhood at that hour.
