in my opinion, a only solution is u may need tv processor that has analog CC like what i have viewsonic nextvision N5. it has built in CC. i use that from my PC to a projector. it works fine. i can watch any program with analog CC. N5 is not for HDTV. if you want better tv processor for HDTV and analog/digital CC then, try N6, HD10 or HD12.
