I get ear aches ( not infection just sore/painful feeling) with my allergies, and with big weather changes.

I also get them when my Tinnitus flares - e.g. if I have too much caffiene , or if I'm having a " bad hearing day"

Decongestants help a bit - but I don't usually bother unless it's really bad.
