Yes, depending on which restaurant! I have know some waitress making at least 250 dollars each day!!! They happen to serve rich people, and those rich people usually pays good tip if waitress respect them very well.
My so called brother in law loves waitress job. I asked him why? His response was this restaurant is where patrons pays nice and heavy tips. Refused to give up the job. So, it does makes sense.
