My hubby got speeding ticket when I was pregnant with my 2nd child. I thought I was having contractions (false contractions). He was going 5 mph over the speed limit. He got pulled over by a cop (remind ya, we live in VA). The cop cited him speeding 15 mph over the limit and marked him off agressive driver. My Hubby had to appear in court.
My hubby was so pissed off because they gave him so many points where he will have his license revoked. So he showed up at the court, the judge said that my hubby had clean record and did not have speeding ticket like over 7 yrs, judge said the cop went over his line so the judge waived everything and gave my hubby points back.
Some cops just want to give you the hell out of it. grrr.
