I nearly crossed into Mexico but I chickened out since there is too much border inspection process. I saw Mexico on the other side of the Rio Grande. Does that count as visiting a foreign country?
Canada was much easier to get in, and I visited Niagara Falls (Canadian side) and Toronto.
