Try a physical therapi8st or even a trainer in the gym. Doing exercises to strengthen your whole arm is the best thing to do. I workout regularly and can get elbow problems. You can stretch the arm and use different exercises to keep it moving. Right now I have a twinge in the elbow but just adjust mt movements. The brace is actually bad . You need to work harden your arm
