bowl trouble is not fun, grumbling tummy the fartings and all. Loose, farting, not proper solidfied stools, you need to go and eat more and MORE Bran, nothing else, its FIBRES that you neeeded!!

if too LAZY just buy muffins (ask if it got lots bran) and eat 1 or 2 each day (mornings), better 2-3 so you really consolidate and gets your tummy working right fibres is like vitamins for your tummy...
