Once a day after a shower

around 5 swipes give or take

until I wash it off, a half day or a day depending on my next shower time to wash it off

Secret, Asian Pear Scent
5.) What kind of deodorant is it? (gel, white, clear-like, etc)
Solid(white)

About 3 years
7.) Do you change deodorants often?
sometimes to try something new but always go back to Secret
Just wondering in case some of us wonder if we're not using deodorant enough or are using it too much... or using the wrong/right kind... or need a different brand.
