I think you're wrong. She can clarify, too. But, keep in mind, Frankie is a baby/toddler. He walks somewhat, but as she clarified for short distances. Expecting her to carry him is just not practical. It's hoped (if one is being optimistic and this Mother sure seems to be), that he WILL eventually walk! But, for RIGHT NOW, the best way for her to manage him is with a stroller. It's really no different than any other parent with a baby or toddler who use strollers; except this one is designed to fit Frankie's needs.
