That is what the court is for to prove for her innocent or reasonable doubt. It is up to the jury panel to decide whether to put her in jail or let her go as there is no evidence to prove her case. I was actually talking about a contradiction that these skinheads are being labelled as "guilty" when there has been absolutely no trial and no charges pressed against them.
The contradiction should be quite clear ... but I will explain it again.
Casey Anthony was found "not guilty" in a court of law, even though 67% of the American population believes she is guilty. Even the judge who ruled in the case stated he was shocked by the verdict - meaning even he believed Casey Anthony is guilty. Several of the jury members came forward and publicly stated they did not believe Casey Anthony was innocent.
Not innocent? Meaning they believed she was guilty?
There are no shades of gray in guilt or innocence ... you either did something, or you didn't.
So, with the overwhelming evidence pointing the fact that Casey Anthony is actually guilty, believed to be guilty by the majority of the American population, believed to be guilty by the judge in the case, and even several jury members believe she was "not innocent" - you still have people defending her and claiming she is innocent, and get this .... because she was not proven guilty in a court of law.
Those same people turn right around and claim these skinheads are guilty ... when there has been absolutely no trial, and no charges.
That is the contradiction - you may interpret it as me hating Casey Anthony, but it would not be a correct interpretation.
