Well - slight update on MIL and the issues from today. She asked me to make a list of both incoming and outgoing funds that we can expect while living in the new house. Luckily I had a budget already put together. I updated it with the new information from our new insurance company and the money my mother will give us each month. MIL was pleased and is giving us a $10,000 down payment so our mortgage will be lower. She admitted she was wrong and is willing to help a little more. Hubby called his Aunt whole was FIL's baby sister and she gave MIL a piece of her mind and really railed at her.
