A perfect example of an American citizen who was treated as an enemy combatant . I don't care if you are an American or not. If your actions warrant such treatment then so be it. Should we wait until innocent men, women and children are blown up and severely injured or killed before we treat someone that is trying to kill Americans as a combatant? I say no. Your actions will determine how you are treated.
Or maybe we should treat them like this;
Oh, poor baby. Your bomb did not detonate. Well that's ok. Let's put you up in a hotel until we can get this silly mess sorted out. Would you like some tea or something to eat? Do you have enough pillows?
