I believe that ax system in US need be reformed but I don't want rid of Social Security or Medicare/Medicaid, even I don't want FairTax Act to be kicks in because don't agree with 23% to 30% of national sale tax on goods but I just prefer to have payroll tax.

I don't think that flat tax would going be solution for no money but just need Sweden-style tax system to rid of no money issue, however I don't want Sweden or European style tax system to be kicks in because too much to pay than being earned to home.

Cut the spending would be other solution, depends on situation but I don't want cut the SS or Medicare funds, even war funds too if Afghan is too unstable right now.
