yeah, winter time here isn't that bad...you could go outside in the walk outside when it's 40's and cloudy or sunny, or even light rain. You still see people walking in parks, shorelines, etc anytime of the year. You can't really do much in Iowa when it's extremly cold. My girlfriend lives there and she told me she doesn't go out much due to the weather there and she's jealous of the weather here.

Yes, I know what she means, but I bet my husband isn't going to agree to us to move to a more moderate climate even when he reaches retirement.
