But ip address should work every time however I know 10 digit is easier to use but it still not perfect yet between different VRS providers.

Yes, I did try using the IP addresses and still got the same message.

I am asking you again: Are there different ways the VP200 router can be set up to accept calls from different models of videophones? From what I read in other threads in this forum, it seems that improper setting of port forwarding is the biggest cause of problems with receiving calls. Of course, not being an expert, I may be wrong.
