This makes me think that the problem is more at these users' end than my end. Since you all seem to be familiar with VP200 and experts at router setups, can you tell me if there are different ways VP200 could prevent a VPAD caller from getting through? The Viable tech support did say that if the VP200 is set to not accepting calls, I would get that message. Is this true?

Try calling those same VP200 with ip address as a test.

I think 10 digit numbering is not perfect yet and I have similar issue as well too. I can't call or recieve "SOME" of the VP200 users with my VPAD.

Even one of the friend sometime I get a black screen VP200 to VP200 too so it happens off and on.

But ip address should work every time however I know 10 digit is easier to use but it still not perfect yet between different VRS providers.
