I thought about your and JClarke's suggestions and wondered if they make sense in my situation. You need to re-read my first post. As I mentioned there, my problem isn't calling all VP200 users; it is calling
SOME of the VP200 users. It was when I tried to call these users that I got the "Receipent does not exist" message. This makes me think that the problem is more at these users' end than my end. Since you all seem to be familiar with VP200 and experts at router setups, can you tell me if there are different ways VP200 could prevent a VPAD caller from getting through? The Viable tech support did say that if the VP200 is set to not accepting calls, I would get that message. Is this true?
