Tried what you suggested. All it did was changing the end of the port range from 42014 to 42006. Tried to make the VP call to that person whom I have a problem calling and got the same result. Changed the port number back to 42014.

I forgot to mention that I called Viable tech support about this, and she said that it was probably due to the other party either turning off their VP 200 or blocking incoming calls and VPAD+ does not recognize their status. I doubt this is the sole reason because I got the same message when I tried to call back the other party right after finished talking to her, after I told her that I would do so.
