I see, RedWolf. Yes, the manager for the local Sorenson branch sent me E-mail letting me know he was on the way to a city (with a large deaf community) near where I live and thought he could do it that day. It was last-minute and I had plans that day and asked him if we could do another time, he was able to get another installer coming over the next morning.
