I don't see any bouncing cars in Kansas anyway. I often see "Fast and Furious" cars roaming in the area, Although, I don't see them speeding but driving around with mocked up cars.

Yep, crazy people out there. I haven't seen any around here either, mostly I seen "Fast and Furious" cars around here, too. Mostly stock looking, not too flashy looking. Probably the bouncing cars are common in South California, Texas, Florida, etc.

Look how small those rims are.
