I see. Your law is different from many other states. Under permit status, we're required to be accompanied by licensed biker.
very interesting that the officer cited you for CVC12500(a) violation when you in fact have the license. There's nothing you really can do about it except to contest that charge on your court date. Since your court date's in a month, be sure to call the court to provide accommodation for you. They usually always comply to that request unlike police station.
