It ain't new that those doctors/hospitals get by most of the times... and that we acknowledge that ADA laws are so ineffective unless you have the proof(s) and take the action to sue which we many don't want to take lot of crap time on. Would you do it? Probably not.

Doctors should be unselfish and non-greedy but many are not. Sigh!
