The fact still remains that under the law, any institution that receives any kind of federal funding must be accessable to the disabled. That includes jails. One complaint with the DOJ could result in them loosing whatever funding they receive, leaving them with even less funds to provide accommodation with. Shame that these PDs don't realize that they are, effectively, breaking the law. Refresh me, Byrdie...is it Title 5?
