So I am not try to bash to person over phone with that lady. Is there right sentence or proper to say instead being so total asshole or whatever word they will reaction.

I just want to firm and they need to understand that hospital by the law that we couldn't bring our own interpreter to hospital. Know what I am saying? The course class be at hospital.
Ah, now I understand what you meant.

Perhaps you can refer the lady to an interpreter agency because sometime the interpreter agency will be more than happy to help and to explain the need of an interpreter.

Since you mentioned that the Childbirth Preparation Classes are to be at the Hospital - You'd need to find out who is responsible for the classes. Is the classes sponsored by the hospital or by any other kind of agencies?

If it is sponsored by the hospital - refer to Jillio's post because it explains it all. That is what you will need to tell the lady about.
