i suggest you to ask them to show you the application that you did or did not apply in 2006 or 2007 to make sure if you forget that you did apply without realizing that it was SS office? be sure to ask lots of quesitons to CR relating with your overpayment.

No, I don't forget and it was right place. I went to there with some personal informations; history of paycheck from my former job, rent info, etc (I followed what requirement for SSDI) and I told them I never use SSI or anything but I need it... now, I got a mail last Jan or Dec... they claimed I own a lot of thousands from Spring 2006 to present. =/
