I disagree.
Suppose you are going to food store, and someone actually raped you in the food store. It is your fault because you went to to store? You should've stayed home?
SOme women want to meet stranger because she want to find a love, have a happy life with someone. It is like she is letting miracle to happen, but unfortunately she met a wrong person.
Nothing is safe anymore.
