I have my own several themes.
I give you an idea about my own themes I created:
I customized battery as for batterymeter for 2 hrs.. I going test to see if battery running and smooth.. it was actually WORK!
This is my theme and icons I customized carefully for two weeks..
I can create iphone icon and theme, etc (but some limit) on blackberry.. because I know how to use and alot of creative!
