Don't you recall that NK flip-flops all the time - agreeing to negotiation, agreeing to dismantle it, and then cut them off, rebuild nuke factory? Same cycle for decades.

If you're genuinely concerned about this issue - then you are no different from Bush supporters who got bought into whole 9/11 facade.
