It's not fair! Why we have a legal tobacco and alcohol??? Why Marijuana is illegal? I can see everyone are complain about Marijuana need legalize. Yow know who is DWI and have a beers. They can go to jail for drink beers and drunk in public. Why the police arrest on innocent people for smoke weed with paraphernalia?? That's same with alcohol in public.
