Yes, thatīs right.
Clean and well care prison including well-trained staffs could reduce prisonerīs aggressive/violence behaviour. Bright and friendly color including atmosphere also could boost prisonerīs self-esteem. It would helps prisoner to positive their life when they are out of prison.
