This is your opinion. I admire him for stood up his right when he knew he would face imprisonment or death penalty.
To my view, he doing right thing by stand up to those who abused the Constitution. He do not want to violate the crime against humanity and the interest of Americans and the world because Iraq was not America´s enemy. Iraq did not start a war and did not attack America. It´s false because it written under oath "…I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States
